Level 0: Early Childhood Education

ISCED Level 0 covers organized early childhood education and care for children up to about five or six years old, emphasizing basic development, socialisation and play without formal assessment. It is not part of compulsory schooling and is delivered in preschools, nurseries or child-care centres.
