7.2 Competence

Section 7.2 of ISO 31000:2018 deals with competence, requiring organizations to ensure that individuals involved in risk management possess the necessary knowledge, skills and experience. It calls for establishing appropriate training, qualification and continuous development processes to maintain an effective risk management capability.
