Astronomy

QB is the Library of Congress Classification section for astronomy, covering the scientific study of celestial objects, phenomena, and the universe. It includes works on observational and theoretical astronomy, astrophysics, planetary science, cosmology, and related instrumentation and methods. The subclass also groups reference materials such as star catalogs, atlases, and histories of astronomical research.
