ADAMTS9 Protein

**Definition:** An ADAMTS protease that contains 15 THROMBOSPONDIN (TS) motifs. It cleaves the PROTEOGLYCANS AGGRECAN and VERSICAN and also functions in protein transport from the ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM to the GOLGI APPARATUS.
