**Definition:** An NAD-dependent ADP-ribosyltransferase that catalyzes the transfer of the ADP ribosyl moiety of oxidized NAD onto elongation factor 2 (EF-2) thus arresting protein synthesis. Commonly used as the toxin in immunotoxins.
