CD57 Antigens

**Definition:** Oligosaccharide antigenic determinants found principally on NK CELLS and T-CELLS. They are expressed at high levels in terminally differentiated or senescent cells with reduced proliferative capacity; however, their role in the immune response is poorly understood.
