Poroma

**Definition:** A benign adnexal neoplasm derived from cells of the terminal duct of eccrine or apocrine SWEAT GLAND lineage. They typically manifest as solitary papules and occur only in the skin but unlike in ACROSPIROMA involves the epidermis.
