Potential Theory

Potential Theory (MSC 2020 code 31) concerns the study of harmonic, subharmonic and superharmonic functions, their associated potentials, capacities and energy integrals, and the analytic and geometric properties of the related kernels such as Newtonian, logarithmic and Green's functions. It links classical analysis, partial differential equations and geometric measure theory, providing tools for solving boundary value problems and describing equilibrium measures in various dimensions.
