Difference and Functional Equations

The MSC 2020 code 39 gathers research on functional and difference equations, including discrete analogues of differential equations, recurrence relations, iterative and functional equations, and the theory of discrete dynamical systems. It also encompasses methods of solution, stability analysis and applications in combinatorics, number theory and mathematical physics.
