Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire

**Definition:** A standardized survey developed by M.O. Roland and R.W. Morris in 1983 used to assess the level of disability experienced by a patient with back pain. This original version consists of 24 statements and can be completed by the patient. Each statement receives either a 0 if it is not applicable to patient on the day the questionnaire is administered or a 1 if it is applicable.
