**Definition:** An autosomally dominant inherited form of palmoplantar keratoderma that is characterized by a non-gradient diffuse pattern and often, hyperhidrosis of the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It does not extend beyond the palms, knucklels pads, nails, and the soles.
