**Definition:** A rare, low-grade carcinoma of the salivary gland that shares histopathologic features and molecular characteristics (ETV6 gene rearrangement) with secretory breast carcinoma. It usually arises from the parotid gland and less often from the minor salivary glands and has a favorable clinical outcome.
