Minibody

**Definition:** An engineered antibody comprised of a dimeric complex consisting of two immunoglobulin fragments. Each fragment consists of a single chain variable fragment (scFv) joined to a heavy CH3 domain by a linker peptide. The dimer is formed by interactions between the two CH3 domains; additionally, the linker peptide may stabilize the dimer.
