YWHAE-FAM22 Fusion Protein Expression

**Definition:** Expression of fusion protein YWHAE-FAM22 transcripts resulting from a t(10;17)(q22;p13). The translocation results in rearrangement of the YWHAE gene on chromosome 17 and FAM22 gene on chromosome 10. It has been described in high grade endometrial stromal sarcomas and a subset of clear cell sarcomas of the kidney.
