GAIA Level 1 Assessment of Gestational Age

**Definition:** GAIA Level 1 Assessment of Gestational Age is defined by the presence of at least one of the following criteria: a) the last menstrual period (LMP) or intrauterine insemination (IUI) date or embryo transfer (ET) date with confirmatory first trimester scan (less than or equal to 13 6/7 weeks); OR b) first trimester scan (less than or equal to 13 6/7 weeks).
