GAIA Level 2a Assessment of Gestational Age

**Definition:** GAIA Level 2a Assessment of Gestational Age is defined by the presence of at least one of the following criteria: a) Certain last menstrual period (LMP) date with second trimester scan (14 0/7 weeks to 27 6/7 weeks), (If LMP and ultrasound (U/S) do not correlate, default to U/S GA assessment); OR b) Certain LMP date with first trimester physical examination.
