Circulating Tumor-Reactive T-Cell

**Definition:** A population of T-lymphocytes that can mount an immune response against circulating tumor cells. These cells may spontaneously arise as a response to the presence of either endogenous tumor antigens or exogenous tumor antigens administered as a cancer vaccine.
