**Definition:** A dendritic cell (DC) vaccine in which autologous DCs are loaded with multiple tumor-associated antigens (TAAs), with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon re-infusion into the patient, the antigen-pulsed DCs stimulate the immune system to mount a specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against the TAA-expressing tumor cells.
