**Definition:** A finding about one or more characteristics of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses cancer, following the rules of the TNM AJCC v8 classification system. This staging system applies to malignancies that arise in the epithelial lining of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses, with the exception of lymphoma and sarcoma. Mucosal melanoma of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is staged according to the classification for mucosal melanoma of the head and neck. (from AJCC 8th Ed.)
