**Definition:** A finding about one or more characteristics of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, following the rules of the TNM AJCC v8 classification system. It applies to cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck and all other nonmelanoma skin carcinomas of the head and neck (except Merkel cell carcinoma). It also applies to the adenocarcinomas that develop from eccrine or sebaceous glands and to the spindle cell variant of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. (from AJCC 8th Ed.)
