GNP Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, an albumin-bound formulation of paclitaxel, that can be used for the treatment of ampullary, small bowel and pancreatic adenocarcinomas and biliary tract cancers. A modified version may be used for the treatment of pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
