Junctional Escape Rhythm by ECG Finding

**Definition:** An electrocardiographic finding of a junctional rhythm that arises as a physiologic response to extreme slowing or arrest of sinus node activity. In this setting, a faster junctional rhythm may be a normal response to a very slow or absent sinus rate. (CDISC)
