**Definition:** A tool for the assessment of geriatric cancer patients. It combines 7 questions from the mini nutritional assessment (MNA) with one question regarding subject age. Items selected from MNA concern nutritional status, weight loss, body mass index, motor skills, psychological status, number of medications, and self-perception of health.
