**Semantic type:** Clinical Attribute

**Definition:** A stage term that applies to ovarian and fallopian tube carcinoma and indicates that the tumor is limited to ovaries (one or both) or fallopian tube(s) or the tumor involves one or both ovaries or fallopian tubes with pelvic extension below pelvic brim.
