T1b: Penile cancer with tumor exhibiting lymphovascular invasion and/or perineural invasion or is high grade (i.e., grade 3 or sarcomatoid). T2: Penile cancer with tumor invading into corpus spongiosum (either glans or ventral shaft) with or without urethral invasion. T3: Penile cancer with tumor invading into corpora cavernosum (including tunica albuginea) with or without urethral invasion. N0: No lymph node metastasis. M0: No distant metastasis. (AJCC 8th ed.)
