R-CHOPE Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisone and etoposide that can be used in the treatment of non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL). R-CHOPE differs from R-EPOCH in the drug doses and schedule of the administration of the various drugs.
