**Definition:** A patient-reported outcome measure designed to provide information about the impact and effectiveness of breast surgery. It consists of 5 modules: augmentation, reduction (or mastopexy), breast conserving therapy, mastectomy, and post-mastectomy reconstruction. Each module is divided into multiple scales that can be used independently.
