Autologous Anti-DLL3 CAR T-Cells AMG 119

**Definition:** A preparation of autologous T-lymphocytes that are genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that targets the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), with potential immunomodulatory and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration of the autologous anti-DLL3 CAR T-cells AMG 119, the T-cells target, bind to and induce selective cytotoxicity in tumor cells expressing DLL3. DLL3, an inhibitory Notch ligand, is expressed on the surface of some cancer cell types but is minimally expressed in normal tissues.
