Testicular Follicular Lymphoma
**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process
**Definition:** A distinctive variant of follicular lymphoma arising from the testis. It has been reported with higher frequency in children, but is also seen rarely in adults. It differs biologically from nodal follicular lymphoma because it lacks evidence of the BCL2 translocation. It is usually of high cytological grade, usually grade 3A, but has a good prognosis, even without additional therapy beyond surgical excision. (WHO 2017)
**Synonyms:** - PFLT
