**Definition:** A preparation of autologous immunogene modified T-lymphocytes (IgT) that have been genetically engineered to be specifically reactive to ovarian cancer (OC) cells, with potential antineoplastic and immunostimulating activities. Upon administration of the autologous OC-IgT cells, the T-cells recognize and induce specific toxicity in the OC cells.
