Indium In 111 Minigastrin Analog CP04

**Definition:** A radioconjugate consisting of the minigastrin analog, CP04, labeled with the gamma-emitting radioisotope indium-111, with radioimaging potential. Upon intravenous administration, 111In-CP04 binds to and is subsequently internalized by cells expressing cholecystokinin receptor subtype 2 (CCK2R), which is overexpressed in certain tumor types. 111In-CP04 emits gamma radiation and X-ray photons that allow detection of tumor localization and distribution using gamma scintigraphy.
