Allogeneic HPV-specific Cytotoxic T Lymphocytes

**Definition:** A population of allogeneic cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTLs) that are specifically reactive to human papillomavirus (HPV), with potential antiviral and antineoplastic activities. Upon infusion of the allogeneic HPV-specific CTLs, these CTLs induce selective toxicity in HPV-positive cancer cells and other HPV-infected cells. HPV is associated with various cancer cell types.
