Cellular Neurothekeoma

**Definition:** A benign cutaneous neoplasm of uncertain differentiation that usually affects children and young adults and presents as a usually solitary well-circumscribed dermal nodule, predominantly in the face. It is a multilobulated neoplasm composed of nests of epithelioid cells with pale eosinophilic cytoplasm and vesicular nucleus. The nests of neoplastic cells are usually separated by collagenous or myxoid stroma.
