Parathyroid Gland Adenoma

**Definition:** A benign ovoid parathyroid gland neoplasm surrounded by a pseudocapsule. It is composed of chief cells, clear cells, oncocytic cells, or a mixture of cell types. It lacks the morphological characteristics of parathyroid gland carcinoma and there is no evidence of capsular invasion, vascular invasion, and perineural invasion.
