**Definition:** An uncommon and potentially fatal intraocular non-Hodgkin lymphoma that involves the uvea, retina, vitreous body, and optic nerve. It is a subset of primary central nervous system non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The majority of cases are diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
