Breast Histiocytoid Carcinoma

**Definition:** A rare variant of invasive lobular breast carcinoma characterized by the presence of histiocyte-like malignant cells with pale cytoplasm forming sheets or linear patterns. Apocrine differentiation may be present. It usually has an aggressive clinical course.
