mSMILE Regimen

**Definition:** A modified version of the SMILE regimen consisting of dexamethasone, methotrexate, ifosfamide, pegaspargase and etoposide that can be used in the treatment of natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma. Compared to SMILE, in mSMILE the pegylated L-asparaginase is substituted for L-asparaginase and the regimen cycle length is shortened.
