**Definition:** A change from B0 to B2; or greater than 50 percent increase from baseline and at least 5,000 neoplastic cells per microliter; or loss of response: in those with partial response who were originally B2 at baseline, greater than 50 percent increase from nadir and at least 5,000 neoplastic cells per microliter.
