Alemtuzumab Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of alemtuzumab that may be used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia, T-cell lymphomas, T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia, mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome.
