**Definition:** A regimen consisting of bortezomib that may be used in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), plasma cell (multiple) myeloma, primary systemic light (AL) chain amyloidosis, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (WM) and lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), Kaposi sarcoma, mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome, and T-cell lymphoma.
