Chlorambucil Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of chlorambucil that may be used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic leukemia (SLL), follicular lymphoma (grade 1-2), extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of the stomach and nongastric sites, splenic marginal zone lymphoma, nodal marginal zone lymphoma, and mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome.
