Cisplatin Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cisplatin that may be used in the treatment of head and neck, including cancer of the nasopharynx, bladder, endometrial, penile, vaginal, vulvar, ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, breast, cervical, squamous cell skin, and certain central nervous system (CNS) cancers. High-dose cisplatin regimen may be used for the treatment of head and neck cancers.
