Cladribine Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cladribine that may be used in the treatment of systemic mastocytosis, hairy cell leukemia, Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM), lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL), T-cell lymphoma, systemic mastocytosis, T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia and certain histiocytic neoplasms, such as Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Erdheim-Chester disease and Rosai-Dorfman disease.
