Cyclophosphamide Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of cyclophosphamide that can be used in the treatment of anaplastic gliomas and glioblastomas, multiple myeloma, some forms of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), and ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal and breast cancers. High-dose cyclophosphamide regimen may be used for the treatment of central nervous system (CNS) cancers.
