Ibrutinib Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of ibrutinib that may be used in the treatment of mantle cell lymphoma, Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM), lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (LPL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), gastric MALT lymphoma, nongastric MALT lymphoma, nodal marginal zone lymphoma, extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of nongastric sites and the stomach, splenic marginal zone lymphoma, hairy cell leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and central nervous system (CNS) cancers.
