Lenalidomide Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of lenalidomide that can be used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), diffuse large B-cell, classic follicular, (grade 1-2), Hodgkin, mantle cell, T-cell and central nervous system (CNS) lymphomas, plasma cell (multiple) myeloma, myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) overlap neoplasms, Kaposi sarcoma, and Castleman disease.
