Regorafenib Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of regorafenib that may be used in the treatment of appendiceal adenocarcinoma, colorectal and hepatobiliary cancers, bone cancer, central nervous system (CNS) cancers, angiosarcoma, soft tissue sarcoma, uterine sarcoma, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs).
