Rituximab and Hyaluronidase Human Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of a fixed-dose combination of rituximab and human hyaluronidase that may be used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic, follicular, diffuse large B-cell and primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas, hairy cell leukemia, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia or lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, and nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma.
