Rituximab Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of rituximab that may be used in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and hairy cell leukemia, mantle cell, small lymphocytic, diffuse large B-cell, primary cutaneous B-cell, classic follicular, central nervous system (CNS), nodal marginal zone, splenic marginal zone, and mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphomas, extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of nongastric sites (noncutaneous) and the stomach, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia/lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma, and post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorders.
