Ruxolitinib Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of ruxolitinib that may be used in the treatment of myeloproliferative neoplasms, myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm (MDS/MPN), myeloid or lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia and tyrosine kinase fusion genes, T-cell lymphoma, T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia and T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia.
